Was called about having to pick up UHaul trailer at a location by 5pm. Was wrong location and the other location closed at 4pm. Luckily I was able to get keys. However the rest of my order was not there so I had to go to a different U-Haul site to get that and then they forgot a few things with it. Very frustrating.
Tim CAlthough, no one was there to check me in, it was easy. They do have a drop off key box. The grounds were clean. Location was easy to get to.
BARBARA VDrop off location was on opposite side of building from where the QR code was. I still have not gotten confirmation of drop off or anything else showing finalization of the rental.
JOSEPH BNo one was at the site. Had to call to get someone in order to get the truck. Poor communication. Wasted time.
