the staff were very helpful, we got there well after close and they still came out to assist us in the dark with the drop-off and to make sure everything was going smoothly

It was the only truck. I got automatically re-assigned here. I was lost at the location as you have to drive around a warehouse with a bunch of different businesses in it so it wasn't clear where to go necessarily. I would've rather rented from a U-Haul hub.
ANDREW HIt was my first and probably the last u haul experience here. I used the service for just 12 miles and they charged me for 100 miles. When I tried to connect they never responded. I tried to call via other phone no then was able to conn connect and was informed there was an odometer issue. This shows the lack of responsibility from their end. U haul app also sucks. Though I received a partial refund after making several calls and of course the mental trauma.
Guru Pthis is a key drop, no real parking lot. a scary location, not a single person around except a milwaukee meter maid who was totally rude even if other drop off locations are farther away use them! DO NOT USE THIS SKETCHY LOCATION!!
Amy CWe received a truck full of white specs, a dirty hanger and some wet water marks. The expectation of requiring us to clean up previous customer's mess is just absurd.
