I really appreciate UHaul's 24-hour availability. My car broke down after midnight two nights ago while coming back from vacation. I had bikes and kayaks attached to my car. Turns out AAA won't tow a car with such items attached, nor, due to Covid-19, can car owners ride with the tow truck driver. A savvy passerby told me about UHaul‘S 24-hour availability. With a ride to the pickup location from a kind police officer, we picked up the truck. Getting back to the car, we loaded the kayaks and bikes into the truck, called for the tow, and we were on our way home, at 4:00am! Thanks, UHaul! ??

ABSOLUTELY A SCAM AT THIS LOCATION. Plus charging my card WAY over what should have been put on the card. You have 6 hours to kiss my ass and resolve this issue. And to get hung up by UHAUL is absolutely SHITTY social media here i come

First, my UHAUL pickup location was changed the morning of my reservation to a location at least 30 minutes further than the original location. Second, the UHAUL contract that I had signed two weeks prior was never accepted, and so I had to sit on hold for quite a while to even get access to my keys. Third, the UHAUL that I picked up had incorrect mileage - by over 2000 miles. This could not be updated in the contract online, for reasons I cannot explain. Fourth, the UHAUL that I picked up did not have any of the 3 items I requested (two dollys and furniture pads) inside. After calling, sitting on hold (again), and requesting that I really needed these items, I had to drive another 25 minutes to go pick those up at another location. Fifth, the UHAUL that I rented was badly damaged when I picked it up - while this did not impact my move, it did not appear to be noted in the documents from UHAUL. Finally I was able to move. At one point, I locked my keys in the UHAUL. The UHAUL team was able to get a locksmith out to me within an hour. This was the only good part of my experience (buy the insurance!!). After my move was complete, I tried to drop off my UHAUL, but the issue with the mileage did not allow me to return it. Despite having spoken to several people from UHAUL about the incorrect mileage, and having taken pictures of the mileage, I had to spend another long period of time waiting on the phone in order to return my UHAUL. This was the rental experience from hell. I do not think I will ever be using UHAUL again.

Truck was disgusting inside. Someone spilled coffee all over the center console and left it there and it smelled like old coffee. The guy for uhaul wasn't even there during business hours and was extremely rude over the phone. I had my reservations all set 3 weeks in advance at the location in wareham, ma. I got calls all week the eeek prior where they kept changing my pick up location and truck size about 4 times. On top of that they kept trying to charge me more money, less days, and less miles every time they tried changing all my info and reservations. Extremely dissatisfied with uhaul all together!


I was overcharged intentionally by the owner and are currently disputing.Poor representation for Uhaul!

You schmucks lost the damn 10' truck that I returned on 9/28/19 at approximately 8:30 am. I dropped the keys in the appropriate slot and am hearing from those clowns that they don't know where the truck is. Stupid! I have 7 witnesses that can verify this and am amazed. At how poor a business you swamp yankees run down in Middleboro.

One day prior I was called by uhaul and told there was no truck available for me to use. I was not provided any options until probing for them. I ended up with a smaller truck which was much further away. I will certainly never be using uhaul again.

The truck was well maintained and clean . The price was good.. The staff at this location however are rude and treat their customers with disdain and a lack of appreciation for their business. I would recommend people to go to another location as there are a couple nearby.

We only had one problem. The steps up into the van are too high especially for a shorter person. My wife fell getting out onto the pavement and landed on her face. She has two black eyes and a cut forehead and scraped right cheek. She was lucky she didn't break her nose. A stool would be helpful for getting in and out..The ride was very smooth.

I was charged for coverage that I did not chose. I was not given the option to review my agreement or sign to correct any errors. I was charged a different price then I was given online. I have had to spent multiple hours on the phone with uhaul to correct their mistake. I was charged an overage of mileage when I was suppose to have 172. The gentlemen who checked me out had to be called and woken up to come downstairs to check me in. overall miserable experience and I wonder how many other people this happens to.

Not available until 9 am not accepted debt card for payment. Too much stress for a already stressful move day. People need to be able to pick up and start day by 7 am.
