The van wasn't clean. There was debris and leftover papers and dirt in both the cab and the storage cabin. The tire pressure sensors were out (according to the front desk lady) and showed low tire pressure in both rear tires. There was no contract letter in either the van which showed the fuel gauge reading for reference. The U-Haul mobile app sucks badly requiring login credentials everytime. This is 2020, please have the FaceID or TouchID enabled. It said that the rental contract was available for refueling reference but the app couldn't open a simple PDF. On the bright side, the van engine and drive was smooth and nice.Muhammad H.

This is not looking like a U-Haul location, Since the facility is not primarily U-Haul. Service and particularly information is very poor. The person that attend there is not given the necessary and right information.I have to walk quit a lot to get information from the truck that would be avoided if was informed at the time of renting.FLAVIO D.
The location didn't opened as scheduled. The truck in the contract was not the one whose keys were left in the safe box. The drop box didn't open properly and it was hard to get the key inside at the drop off.Hector D.

I got to the location and the keys were located in the vehicle so they gave me a bigger van which was ok. I signed and i went on my way. I arrived to my location and the back door was broken and i could not get in the back of the van. I call the location of were i picked up the uhaul and they said they cant help me but to go another location which was 20 min away and they would fix the door. I pulled into the location and i get a call not to go there that i should call road side. I rold the lady on the phone that i just arrived. I sent in and told me to ask for Guillermo which was Super rude. I was explaining what was wrong and he said that he cant help me and walked away. I was so angry and started ranting at him and he said to call road side. He is extremely unprofessional. So i called road side and they said it will take 45 min. I decided i was just going to return my uhaul because i waisted 2 hours and got nothing resolved. As i started driving away Guillermo ran out and that will fix the door. I said ok and he fixed it within 30 min. 2 hours later i get a call from road side assistant saying that they just arrived...... i will NEVER use Uhaul again. Almost every person i spoke with was rude or ga e wrong information. I cant believe what a disaster this move was. When i move again i will not use Uhaul. EXTREMELY disappointedGabriel G.

The equipment was actually broken. The brakes were locked we actually almost crashed. We also ended up paying a lot more for gas due to truck having brakes stuck. I have rented from there before but this experience with the truck wasn't pleasant at all.Giovanni F.
Location was hard to find. No clear signs. We called for better directions, and the person at the desk sounded like she could not be bothered. When we finally found the place, it was a hole in the wall with a sign on the counter asking you to not lean on it. The same girl that answered the phone barely looked at us when she told us to just take the trailer to the other side of the building with the other trailers.and leave it.
