We had to wait 50 mins for uhual customer service to help us get the uhual. The location didn't have everything ready when they moved the reservation to this location. We also returned it early and it seemed we got charged for late entry. We have all the pictures when we returned it. I am available for anyone to contact us and speak to us about this experience.

JAMES BI was told that I could pickup the trailer after 10am because they had to move my pickup location. When we arrived at 10:33am, it was closed. We had to walk to the back and talk with the Collision Workers who stated the office went to a meeting and would be back between 10:30 and 11am. The office came back at 11:03am. We had to wait, after driving 25 mins to this location.
