Make sure all the fluids are topped off I tried to use the window cleaner and there was no fluid coming out had to stop at a gas station to clean the windshield. Also if the customer returns the vehicle with more gas than when it was rented it should be discounted
CRAIG SThe app was terrible, took 40 mins to get get the app to accept my information and only lets you use the front facing camera. The website was bad too, keep saying an error has occurred when submitting my license. Tell the customer they have to submit all this stuff,before they drive out there.
David HBefore the vehicle is assigned to you, someone should check it out and make sure that is roadworthy when I picked up the vehicle the vehicle had a big 3 inch in the tire rear tire passenger side. Nobody even knew about it. The second truck had damage to the roof, and the right side of the vehicle front fender was damaged. It should all be marked or noted that it is there before someone takes it out on the road.
