Keith J.The guy who assisted me (I think his name was John) was very friendly. He went over everything and hooked the trailer up and I was out there rather quickly. The location was also very accommodating. I reserved this for Saturday 4/22 but things changed and I needed to get it Friday the 21st. A quick call to make the change and everything was groovy! I would not hesitate to recommend this location.
Keith J.Picking up my trailer rental should have been relatively easy, but took nearly 45 minutes to complete. The gentleman was completely swamped with other work, which always seem to interrupt him from finishing my check out. He was very polite about it, but what I assume should have been less than a 10 minute process took the better part of 45 minutes. Which made me late to an appointment. It was also unclear if I would be able to return the trailer on my reservations return date, since that was a Sunday and they were closed on Sundays.
