I replaced the gas above what I had received in the tank and was still charged a fuel fee. I returned the vehicle in cleaner condition than I received it and was charged a cleaning fee. There are honest ways for a business to make a few extra bucks, but unfortunately this place isn’t one of them.
JOSHUA HIt was hard to determine which vehicle was to be ours. Trying to go around the truck to fullfil the required tasks per the UHaul app was very hard as there is no lighting on the side of the building and you have to walk through taller grass to the back. In the dark it was very unsettling. The lockbox was terrible to get into. We spent so much time working with it. That part alone was just horrible. After making a reservation at one location then being told I would have to drive to a completely different location to I get the vehicle trying to complete the rental requirements and the get the key was a nightmare. Wasn't impressed with the overall experience at all.
Karla PCustomer service was great. This car hauler seemed to have more weight in the tongue the the previous one rented as it gave truck a drag where the first one barely knew was attached.
RALPH CLocation was closed. Just dropped off truck and dolly.
