Pitiful excuse for a business, I mean uhual in general. Reserved a trailer the day before only to get there and find out it was not available. Was sent to a secondary location(Maysville, Ky) that had nobody to run the computer. Spent half the day finding a replacement, poor excuse for a business. Never again!
Kathleen L.Theirs was no truck available in my location even tho a 26' truck was parked outside . The self kiosk app booking could of been more affective and help relocated the truck. I also wasted 2 hrs of my booking before I had to call in and find out we're my truck was I had to drive 20mins away from where I booked my truck, over all first time using U-Haul not pleased with the experience. Also got charge full price as customer service does not handle the complaint called back another time to different department no answer.
Abdulrazak A.Get the approval before rental quicker as it took me around 30 mins to be approved so I essentially lost 30 minutes of my rental waiting to take the rental but still had to have it back at the same time I rented it for so instead of 6 hours I essentially got 5 1/2 hours rental
