Linda R.I like your service and will use it again. Reservation was for 4 hours. I used mobile check out and check in. Software/remote agent was very slow. Process took 20 or more minutes to allow me to pick up the equipment yet the due-back time didn't change. Reservation time was 2:30 p.m. I didn't have the vehicle until almost 3:00, Return time was still 6:30 p.m. Should not the return time have changed to 7:00? Recommendations: (1) speed up mobile check out procedure. (2) adjust return time to when customer actually takes possession of equipment.
