Drop off was confusing. Wasted mileage driving around the drop off. From pick up to drop off this U-Haul experience was horrible

Not much to say, they are closed on Monday’s, so I did a self drop off.
MARK FEasily identifiable drop off box for after hours drop off. Very easy to find in main road.
SARAH HI would be happy to increase this rating, but I rented 5 or 6 vans for less than a week and was charged the full price. The charges should be prorated based on the rental period ending on 10/20/25. However, the statements I'm seeing do not reflect that adjustment. DeJon BTruck cab smelt strongly of cat urine. Vehicle was not ready for me at time I reserved vehicle for. Disaster pick up, since apparently the location was supposed to be closed the weekend I reserved the truck and no one on-site knew how to operate the reservation system, so outside contact was necessary to complete reservation . Charged me for “Safe Move” coverage even though I declined it. I will NEVER use U-Haul again.
