John V.We were very unhappy with having to return the uHaul to Madison, aftrer we had picked it up in Jay. I can't see that there's any good reason to do this except for the company to get the truck where they wanted it. It was very inconvenient and cost us more money in gas. We should be able to return it to the same place we picked it up or to a CLOSER location, like Farmington, which is where we were told we could drop it off. Thank you. Next year, we will rethink using UHAUL.
