Matt and his location there were great, he followed up regularly with me throughout the day. The actual truck almost blew up and nearly stranded me, but that isn't his fault...U-Haul corporate needs to do a better job maintaining these, there's no reason an F-450 with 67k miles should be throwing oil with a visible leak upon return to the Versailles location. To be fair, they did reimburse me for 3 quarts oil(it was that low just to hit the dip stick!).
