Always make sure you pre-register on computer. It makes things easy for everyone once you get there.

Customer service was great! Finding a parking spot to drop off rented equipment took a few trips around the block but I would definitely recommend their services to a friend.

The costumer service was very poor and rude.

Great experience as usual. Thank you!

Send the invoice in pdf, don't try to force your customers to download anything to read/print the invoice! Creating "secure message" is tragicomic for a car rental invoice and headache for everyone. If you want, let customers chose "secure message" as an option but not force everyone to deal with that.

Unlike what I was told over the telephone there is no parking at all for customers so you’re better off finding parking on the street also please update your hours of operation regarding that location as they are wrong other than that the person helping me was excellent

You sent me to a drop off location that wasn't going to accept my drop off, had no record of my truck rental, and told me they'd instructed you to stop sending people there... after driving 700 miles I had to deal with THAT. Horrible stressful experience!!

This locations hours are misrepresented. I was told at the location I needed a second form of ID because my license was out of state. It was very very lucky I had my student ID on me, no where did it say I would need a second ID, not even when I put my license info online. They truck was supposed to be at 3/8, which it was not. When I came back in to tell her, before I said anything she says "the gas?" As if she already knew it would be low. Seems very fishy. Not the best experience on moving day.

It took the team over 30 minutes to get the paperwork processed for me to pick up the truck. They are always understaffed.

Your van that is sold as able to fit a 1 bed apartment was not even close .. requiring 2 trips and double cost for movers .. I would have rented a larger van if you were honest with your description .. I would like a refund

Had no idea they had a box for everything. Friendly, clean. Couldn't ask for better service.

(1) I had a 10am appointment and had to wait almost 15 minutes because there was no one there who could take care of the rental. (2) The van was not clean and the oil light was on. (3) I received 2 phone calls telling me that it was the wrong van and asking me to return the vehicle when I was already 10 miles away and unloading the van. (4) The person checking the gas gauge said that it had 1/4 tank less gas. I had to ask another person to check it. (5) Although I had signed the insurance waiver, the bill included the insurance. I was told that I would have to contest the charge because it could not be removed-- it was on the estimate but was not highlighted like the other charges so I did not notice it. I felt tricked. In the end, I left without paying and the emailed bill was corrected. It was a needless stress and hassle.

Courteous and professional service. Will use them again.

The gas gage broken on van. Picked it up at 5/8 tank and within a few minutes of driving, it had dropped to 1/2 tank on the gage. Filled it all the way thinking I would do a favor to the next person but it cost $60 to fill up less than half a tank, then drove it 90 miles and it showed a full tank still. Feel cheated.
