Management was professional, courteous, dedicated to my needs and actually interested in meeting my needs. The manager actually was the person to wait on me. Ms. Lewis also assisted. The managers name is similiar to Cherice/Shevice...I am not spelling it correctly but she will get my U-Haul business needs going forward!!!! I had booked at a different location in error. I am happy that I met this manager and her staff. When I returnedthe truck the lady that checked me in was prompt and courteous as well. They made my experience a memorable one. I will recommend this location!!!!!

This location kept me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on me multiple times after I was sent to 3 different UHAUL locations, wasting 3 hours and 50 miles worth of gas. They did not have the equipment I rented with the truck or the equipment I reserved. Absolutely horrendous experience and I will never use uhaul again.

I reserved a 26-footer to empty out two (2) large storage units and move into my new home. When I arrived they only had one 26-footer, but they couldn't get it started. The next largest truck remaining was a 15-footer which ended up causing me to make 4 roundtrips to move everything, instead of 2. The only good thing was that the U-Haul associate, who helped me, was very accommodating and tried her best to make things better.

Would recommend that you call if there is a change in pickup or at least give more notice than the night before if there is a change. Was very unhappy that we had to pay more and got no call about change in pickup time from 8am to 6pm (I had even called that afternoon to confirm and was told I would get a call if there were issues). I'm glad we were able to get a truck at 9:30, but had to drive all the way to Lorton from Herndon to pick up the truck and that added to the cost.

I was called by a staff at this location and told there was an issue with my rental. I have this far made 10 calls to this location. To speak with someone and have been place on hold each time. Once for almost 30mins.

They were unwilling to allow a one-way rental which forced me to drive back at $1.29 per gal. This short 2 day rental cost over $450. Have had much better support from UHaul in the past.


The way I and wife was treated by the lady at the customer service ,we have to insist to join the line again to make corrections to our rental ,and when all the UHAUL main customer service the lady can't solve our issue .she then transfer to a line where dispute on chargers are handle ,WE KEEP GETTING A MESSAGE THAT :WE'RE HAVING DIFFICULTY. Our charges was too much :Cargo van pick up 0n 7/30 -Thursday at 5pm return on Saturday 7/31 after the shop was closed. We were charge almost $450 a trip to Philly and back which we're not happy about .

First of all every time you call can you please hold for 20 minutes then your callback same problem it's ridiculous you got a wait for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes secondly the customer service is very very rude I am in the customer business in the hospitality business and I would never treat anybody the way I was treated at your location very very rude when I went to pick the truck I was told 6 people only but I went with a friend who's can't speak English or understand English the truck was for him , His name is William Andrade I was told he can't be with me I explain to the manager the Black woman she said he have to leave little those she know she had just violated my rights first amendment freedom of speech to pick up the vehicle to drop it off yesterday which was 7/31/2020 Also I didn't know I have to leave the keys in the vehicle when I droop it off when I went to the receptionist she said leave the keys the in the truck if that's your policy you should post it in Bold letters so everyone can see it specially in this pandemic time also on the wall is incorrect information it says 360 Deals when it's 330 deal for anything over 100 miles is .39 cents I was in from the wrong numbers even the manager the black lady is very rude over the phone I said to her ma'am I've been waiting ever time I call The manager said do you have a problem holding on I said yes I do she said well you well come to call back or you welcome to come in the office with we are pretty busy I understand you're busy but what about I'm so sorry can I take a number to call you back please it's ridiculous it's disgusting service I had to ask her can she call me back so I give her my number and she did call me back and leave a voice message Britney was very helpful and a white dude I am not a racist but I am telling you my honest truth even the girl who received the truck back was very rude it's sad to see customer like my self have to go thru this how are affected disgusting treatment , Sorry to write this bad review but I do hope it change your staff attitude at your locations Kishore Deosaran 571-369-0511

Front tires were unevenly worn...concern over tread grip during trip through mountains. In addition, passenger side front headlamp did not work, making early morning travel a bit challenging.

The trailer was missing an O-ring inside that I would have like to have been able to use with my tie-down straps, but otherwise the service was professional and timely.

Wow! Laura was wonderful. She went above the call of duty and was helpful which is what you need in the middle of a move which is very stressful. Then on returning the trailer it was the same thing. The customer service reps look angry and mean. She needs to be polite and sincere . I asked her one question , she was screaming and yelling at me . I thought that was disrespectful and in appropriate. I was there just to rent a truck. Second the gas wasn't full when I rent the truck but I was asked to make it fill up on returning. I put more gas than I used . I think that wasn't fair abc right .


Maintain the same professional with the next customer, as they did for me!
