DANIEL VELESOlder gentleman was replacing owner due to Covid. The owner was kind to me on two occasions prior but the day I went to pick up the truck the older gentleman was not pleasant. I was invoiced over 200$ more than the amount that I reserved with the U-Haul drop off location a month prior. When I showed the man my mobile phone picture of the reservation amount he said that he couldn’t do anything about that and I would have to take that up with U-Haul. When I asked him if he was going to inspect the truck for damages so that I would not be charged he replied have you ever done this before? I said no, to which he said there’s stickers on the truck marking the damages. I walked out to a truck covered in snow and 0 degrees. I don’t fault the owner. I called U-Haul and they verified my 215$ less amount and she was going to email me that I should get a credit. I didn’t get the email. So I called the next day and a lovely woman named Brianna Harris I believe sent me a text and email documenting the over charge. Not a good customer experience
