I was told I could pick up my truck at 10 I had to wait till 12 took so long to do everything on the phone that I didn't get in my truck to 1 then the price quote that I got over the phone was $175 .It cost me 206.47. I will not use Uhaul again. The only good experience that I had was when I dropped off my truck Pikes garage where the people was so very friendly and helpfulhenry J.
The hours posted online (open until7pm) were apparently summer hours. I arrived around 6 pm (after dark) which was after closing for winter. However, a staff member for the facility was still onsite and accommodated the return of my trailer.James R.
Pads were in a drum and given to me one at a time, should have been placed in trailer prior to arrival to make pickup more effient. Person at location could not do the rental had to call a person to do the rental on cell phone after he found a place to park.Michael G.

Man working there was VERY RUDE. Did not want to help at all, acted like we were trespassing or something Just stared at me and when I said I was there for a rental he said "well I don't know anything about that" and proceeded to not want to help me AT ALL. HORRIBLE SERVCE. Terrifying location and horrible man working there. Really makes me hate Uhaul all around even though I love your service. This man was very creepy, unhelpful, angry to be there, and should not have been working there. LOCATION DIRTY AND TERRIFYING. Thought I might get shot. Cannot express enough how awful and unhelpful and rude and creepy this man was. My reservation was made months prior. Had me drive way out of the way because the local uhaul didnt give me the right truck. Got the pickup and open time completely wrong to where I missed my move out time risking my security deposit. Still had to pay nearly 300 for this awful experience. I was overcharged for mileage. I went 16.8 miles total. I left a receipt for my gas bill which was only $1.65. I used less than a gallon of gas. No way in heck did I go 56 miles which is what I was charged for.Derek S.
The prices are overrated every time I use uhaul. I will definitely never rent another truck from this company again . I literally moved one couch , from up the street from location, and brought the truck back plus put gas back to where it needed to be . And , was charged extra. I was told I'd be charged $60.87 , turns out to be $112.76 & I was also told that they would overlook the fact the site was messing up while returning the truck and they did not . The rental had mistake on it. It listed to return to Greenville SC not Greenville NC. The young lady (I think her name was Caitand) provided excellent service and got the rental corrected. She and the other young man working with her were polite and very helpful. They should be commendedRaymond W.
No one was there when we came to pick up our UHAUL, and the building was locked. We called the regional manager (Steve) and he told us where a hidden key was for the UHAUL. When we opened the UHAUL, the back was dirty... we had to sweep out cigarette butts and remove wooden boards. The 2 dollies we ordered were not there. We had to go to another location to pick up dollies. The experience was horrible. Every part of the rental was messed up and was not right at all. The return location was fine.Amber W.

The service I received was excellent. Was in and out of the office and got the U-Haul in a very short time . Was able to get to my destination load my belongings and get back home to unload in less than 4 hours. Thank you so very much for your service. I was given an address for drop off, once I arrived and started the online return procedure I was directed to a different location. This was close by but again a very inconvenient experience.Tina P.

I had reserved a 10 foot truck 1 1/2 weeks prior to the day needed, received an email confirmation the day before stating that it would be ready and there the next day. When I arrived at the Jason mart location they stated that they did not and would not have a truck that it was over booked. When I asked about the reservation guarantee the lady acted confused, made a phone call and stated I needed to go to this location to get a truck. Upon arrival they only had 1 truck and it was larger than what I needed, I was told I was being upgraded to a larger truck at no additional cost but it was because it used more gas, and that because of the upgrade that the reservation guarantee could not be honored, because the moved had been planned and could not be changed I really had no option but to accept.
