After pick up: U-Haul mobile service had to change one tire/wheel which was damaged and replace front passenger side tire hold down strap which was damaged/unusable. The passenger side hold down racket assembly was extremely difficult to use and would not release the strap. In transit one tire failed and was shredded.Brad O.
When I got there they did not even know I was coming. I had reserved a dolly and they did not have one even though it showed two there. I reserved the truck 3 day in advance enough days to make sure all was ready. This dealer needs to have U-Haul taken away from themJamie C.

we were not provided with all the equipment we requested i.e. the appliance dolly, we were required to drive all the way back 7 miles and then the location still did not have it. David the field liaison contacted me in a timely manner and resolved the issue the next morning. The reason for the delay in receiving the equipment was because of extenuating circumstances. Because of the delay and the error David went above and beyond to accommodate our move.Diane T.
The Experience renting the truck at the store was horrible even though it was reserved the sales person they're didn't want to give us the truck until we called U-Haul. Then I was billed $140 when it should have been less than 50. However working with Dave Apel at U-Haul was a wonderful experience he was able to investigate and rectify the problem credit the erroneous charge and Bill the correct charge all in less than 24 hours. Upon returning, staff was RUDE. No help. Only exception to this was a U-Haul rep, that was already out there in a company truck, who was pleasant and returned my truck - no hassle. STAFF at this location was rude, playing on phones, talking in another language. I would recommend U-Haul remove this site from rentals.Christopher E.

Rented a uhaul and had a reservation. Was told by man working there that the uhaul person needed a day off. Was told there was nothing he could do. Called the uhaul 1800 number and spoke with a very friendly and helpful person. She called the store and was told he would not help her or us even though she was trying to walk him through the process, and he hung up on her. While still on the phone with us the polite lady asked us to hand him the phone where he told her that he would do nothing, and asked us to leave. I have no idea how this place can survive with customer service like this or better yet not honor it's obligations. I would give it less than one star if that was a optionAdrienne F.

I arrived at the location and it is a convenience store with one employee who could barely speak english. I had to wait 20 minutes for the attendant to help me and he wasn't sure how to even work the U-haul portion of the store. He didn't help me load the trailer and I had to hook it up and lift it all alone. The trailer was missing a chain for the hitch and I was never offered any assistance. I am furious about this location's poor customer service and will not rent here again. I am mad enough and considering disputing charge with my credit card company for merchant failing to provide promised service.joshua S.

This store seems to have little or no interest in running a U-Haul location. Picking up the truck took nearly an hour. I already had a reservation. The person at the store told me his computer "locked up" and to come back in 25 minutes. I drove over an hour to pick up the truck. I told him he needed to get the person who took my reservation on the phone. Once he did so the issue was resolved shortly thereafter. The contract that was printed was illegible. The truck itself worked fine. The back of the truck was not clean. There were used, unfolded moving blankets tossed in the back of the truck.brion H.
