Doug checked in with me a couple days before my rental date and said they weren't open on Sunday but would have Patricia meet me there to check me in. She was there 10 minutes early and quickly checked me in. Got to the location where the trailer was and it had a taillight out. She quickly switched me to another equal trailer and explained everything clearly and in detail. She was great, and the gentleman she was with helped me hook up the trailer and test it. My experience was exceptional.
