I booked the services online. When I arrived, I was met by a gentleman very kindly. Asked me to wait for the agent as she was out helping another client. We waited. And soon was given the ok. I rented a dolly for my PT. The man helped us and even hooked the dolly for me. He was kind and showed me all the wiring and proper chain method. The hole experience was less than 30 min. I am greatful and very pleased to this uhaul location. The hours are great. I had my booking for 4 pm thinking I would be late but as I did great timing from Arkansas, i was surprised and please that we could pick up the dolly so quickly, painless and best of all for the price. 4 days 119.00. I'm recommending everyone to seek their services. I rate them a 100% excellent business for their smooth operations and hassle free services. I made it home with no issues. Great equipment. Librado MI arrived to the location 15 minutes before my pick up time and the employees weren't even present. Even when they got there, the lady said “I'm waiting for someone to come and give you the keys†and I was confused about that. After 30 minutes I finally was able to drive off in the truck and I noticed in my statement I was over charged to what I was originally told from online and I don't even know where to get an answer from.
