My order was for a 10 foot truck one way. Never received a call from u haul or text to confirm anything . Got to lakeville and was told I cannot return my truck in Bourne as my reservation stated. Instead I was told it was a local truck and had to be returned to the same location. Why would it be confirmed I could return the truck to Bourne if in fact I couldn’t

Dean OI was worried reserving online based on prior reviews, but I had no problems. The truck was ready on time and in great shape. When we returned it, the check out process was quick and easy. Just what we needed after a long day moving. I would highly recommend!
