This location is dangerous. They will not let you leave your vehicle in their huge parking lot. They instructed me to park at a park and ride a 1/4 mile away with no safe crossing of a six lane road. I was almost hit crossing the street.

Easy drop off location
Ramon M.My android phone would not confirm location. Had to use an iphone to get the application to acknowledge that the truck was in the correct location. The Uhaul app does not work well with android.
DAVID LLOYD M.They will not let you park your car there, even if you're only using the truck for a couple hours. The closest public parking is a mile away.
Andrew M.Please make it easier to decline insurance(s), add-one, etc. Declined these several times yet still had it on my receipt. Thankfully the Area Manager, Kelly was on site and helped us out. There was also an issue with the app and he was immensely helpful in the process and was clearly happy to help. Great example of customer service and just being a genuinely good human.
