Wanted 2 and half hrs for a truck that was suppose to be a 20 ft and got a 10 ft had to make 2 trips. Didn't have to return the truck until the next day I returned it the same day and you charged late fee. I called and hopefully took it off.
Sharon R.The check in to return the U-Haul was having problems so even tho we completed the return on app when I went in to check n make sure everything was ok I was asked why we didn't finish checking in on app. I indicated we did it 4 times. The only other issue we had was some how around the left middle of truck our paintings got wet as we traveled in a bunch of rain.
