Make sure they disclaim there is an after-hours additional charge. When I asked if it was ok to return the trailer at 10 PM (the same day I rented it), the answer was no problem but never was told I would be charged an additional $20 to return it at that time.

The employees are very professional and helpful at this shop; unfortunately, uHaul computer system are so out of date, and very slow. The credit payment system does not work, employee have to manually key in credit card number at 5his site. So waiting time is very long in the morning, I have to wait about 35min on the line inside the store.

The parking lot is too small and tight. The pick up of my trailer this morning took nearly two hours due to a country-wide uhaul computer system failure that did not allow payment (Or so I was told). This is unacceptable, especially on the last weekend of the month. You need to figure out a manual process for taking payment. Further, the two employees did what they could but were not prepared for this failure. They need back up processes and procedures. Also, perhaps two or three more guys should be working on the last weekend of the month. I would demand my money back for this rental but I was still able to do what I needed to do today. Instead I hope you put my rental fee toward upgrading your computer system and for building manual back up processes should your system fail again.

We used self-service with mobile phone but at this location the only way to get the key was to wait in line inside at the counter for service. Hopefully a key locker will be installed in the future. There also was a customer car parked in the way which had to be moved before we could get the truck out. Not the fault of the employee working there as he did a great job helping us out.

The manager was unprofessional and rude, was charged for fees i was not informed of and harassed about bringing the vehicle back despite being charged an extra day anyway so why be hostile and call me. She also hung up on me after i had argued over an employee who did not explain nor go over the equipment at all, just hande me the keys and let me fly solo. Had to wait 10 mins since he left outside and never notified me of the vehicle being ready. Crooks for sure. Your money isn’t safe here. Be careful

This one is reliable. I have to say, though, we are seniors and don't want to deal with the iPhone self-check-in and return. We tried and it's so confusing. Why should we have to take pictures of the truck? Too much for us old people........

The trailer while it had some scratches and dents, it was very clean inside and easy to use. The locking of the door was a little difficult and would be easier if there was a separate handle to hold the door down and pull or push to align the lock.

Thank you so much for all you’ve done for me. The installation of the trailer hitch was amazing. The most professional installation of a trailer hitch on a vehicle I’ve ever had. Rental return was wonderful and fast. I only had five blankets that I rented, I didn’t touch them this morning to fold them because I didn’t want to leave any germs.

The staff of the Kenmore Uhaul location are professional, helpful and helped me get my rental quickly and easily. The truck was clean, gas tank was full and ready to go. After an issue with the app, they corrected the problem and I was on my way. The problem with the app is the Android App requires a "secondary contact" to release the vehicle. The number of my spouse was already on my account, and therefore could not be used. This verification process should be completed prior to the moment of picking up the vehicle. The expectation that the customer have a second or third person who can answer a phone call "right now" is unrealistic. If this is truly supposed to be 24/7 service, who do I wake up or interrupt at work? Having a second contact in case of emergency makes sense. Just tell me when I make the reservation online.
