There was no one there. Anita texted me to call her when I was there so she could walk me through hooking up the trailer. This is extremely unsafe and unprofessional. Also, she added the protection when I did not select it. It still hasn't been removed.
Joseph B.Showed up to pick up, no one was there. We already had to change locations because they called and said they wouldn't have a truck available anymore, at the original spot. I had ordered it well in advance.

cody B.The location is not anyone's fault, but there wasn't clear instruction on where to place the truck. There isn't a lockbox that looks like the one in your photos. You slide the key through a mailbox slot - Which someone who I assumed worked there shared with me. I also had issues with location services.
