This site should never ever be used for a UHaul return! I'm not certain that it is even a return site anymore. There was no lock box. There was no front door. I called several times the day before to confirm details and no one answered. I ended up having to return to a different location. This was AWFUL!

Sunrise location was not in the least bit descript on where to drop off the truck. The whole area seemed dangerous and dirty. There was absolutely no Uhaul sign anywhere on where to drop of the keys and we had to guess on what was the right box to drop them off in. Additionally, all of the boxes were broken and were taped off. We weren’t sure if it was even the correct box or if we were dropping them off in a mailbox. Like I said, there was a single Uhaul sign anywhere. I kept looking at pictures of my phone to make sure I was leaving the truck at the right location. We had the same problem when it came to where to park the truck. Not a single Uhaul truck just white vans. No matter what time you call they don’t answer the phone. This location should be shut down from receiving Uhaul drop offs until there is big improvements to the area.
Dean MHorrendous service at drop off. Was contacted a number of times about the truck not being dropped off, couldn’t get ahold of people at drop off location, I believe I was over charged
