The location closed early (before 5) and also locked the door before 3 pm, after being told he would be open until 3 pm. Would not recommend this location because it seems to work when it's his convenience, not for U-Haul customers.

It was confusing where to park, started to go into the parking lot in front of the store, I had immediately stop because i would have been stock with no way to get out with a trailer hooked up. I had to back out into the street and go to another parking lot of another business. I went inside and the person just told me to park behind the building. there needs to be a sign on the road of the right driveway to go into and an arrow showing where to park.
LESTER NIf there can be more specific instructions on how to park legally, that would be great. The previous U-Haul family at the drop off location, triple parked, which led us not being able to park the U-Haul as well as we would’ve liked. Thankfully, we were able to park even though the parking lot was super small. But other than that a wonderful first time experience. Great job U-Haul family.
