Building small and brush over grown, location very hard to recognize, no one onsite when stated someone would be on site. Forced to go through the online check in, due to no one there and was charged additional 75.00 because late for finding and checking in. Very bad experience

There was only one haul . The temperature in the store was over 90 degrees checkout was on his phone . No Dropbox or key slot location provided . Uhaul vehicle was provided to me on E . When I returned vehicle on E I was double charged ( over $70 for gas ) but charges my card 137. (225.00 in total for intown rental pickup with only 45.00 miles . This location be scamming

It was sort of weird because we told him that we were returning in Lindale, Texas and we never received any documents showing that we rented the trailer. I didn't know where to return the trailer. It was super weird to not have the proper information to return something that isn't yours.
