Do not lie about gas levels. You will lose customers for life. It’s not worth it for a couple extra dollars. I had to rent again the next day and had to use Penske. Do not add an extra day if someone goes over by an hour. I have used U-Haul for many years and no one charged exrtra if I brought it back the same day. You clearly do not understand customer service and how to retain and get more customers. I will also be leaving a review on google to warn others.

The clerk refused to check mileage and gas level with me. She said the information would be on my emailed invoice. They charged me an additional day rental. I returned the truck 4 hours early.
Gaye MorganMy return time was set for 8 pm and they charged me late fees because I didn’t bring the truck back by 6 pm when they closed but it was never explained to me that I needed to be back by closing time
RENIVICK CARTERTruck was properly parked and keys were left in drop box. The next day the truck still had not been checked in. Numerous calls to the location and the representative "could not locate the truck" although it was parked outside. Security deposit still has not been released.
Renita BowmanI used Movinghelp.com. The U-Haul app would not save my request for a morning appointment. I called the mover to arrange a morning appt despite the app being faulty. He agreed. He then didn’t show at our arranged time. I loaded the truck myself due to checkout time being 10 am from my Air BnB. Moving Help has not returned the money and the mover continues to lie. I am moving on to a BBB complaint, which allows me to submit images of the text messages.
