My reservation was not "set up in the system." When I went to pick up the rental, I had to call customer support. It was time consuming and disappointing.

This location seems to not have regular, posted hours. I wasn't sure if the drop off was accepted until about three days after dropping is off and leaving a copy of the contract in the mailbox.
