Closed even during business hours. Very hard to locate and didn't pick up the phone every time we tried calling. Terrible experience
Kevin W.The pick up location was absolutely horrible!!!! I dove under this bridge onto a dirt road and there was only my truck waiting there. I dont know what kind of business was there, but it was not a U-Haul office. No one was there but to Doberman pinschers behind a chain link fence. I had no idea how to get the key for the truck. Then I realized there was a phone number on a sign. I called it and a man gave me the code for the padlock that was on the back of the truck which then I could open it and get the key for the truck. The actual truck seemed newer and was very nice inside the cab. The back of the truck was filthy dirty. Full of dirt. I had to sweep out the dirt because I was using it to move furniture.

Robert S.Very difficult location to return a truck. Nobody to talk to and no drop off instructions. Didn't realize there was a drop box and drove right past it then had to back all the way out in the truck. Awful!
