Had a bit of trouble finding the location, GPS was not accurate. Other than that, only complaint was that the recipient in the location was not wearing a mask and was coughing a lot. We are 70 and it concerned us greatly. Otherwise, she was very helpful.Andrew P.
1. The lady was very rude and demeaning though we didn't speak much. She criticized how I parked and then said I was late returning the equipment. She did not say good bye or thank you. She simply unhitched the cargo trailer and left back to her office without a nod or even acknowledgement we were finished. She just walked off. Saying good bye or thank you is common etiquette/ manners - particularly as a professional, business owner or associate. See next note. 2. I was charged for an extra day when the contract I had did not have a specific time to drop off and the lady said that I was suppose to have this back by 9am. I will be taking this up with Uhaul as I have a copy of my contract with Uhaul and there is nothing on there regarding a specific time.Roberta C.
There was no wiring extender to go from the trailer to my truck. The U-Haul rep. said he would credit me the $8 I spent to buy one. The trailer was old and the tie down rails inside were broken and coming loose from the sides of the trailer.Robert S.
First truck was FILTHY Can had food and debris Cargo area was filthy, hadn't been swept out, actual mouse nest on floor! Blankets were filthy, mud dirt ,grass and unknown substances.. Tailgate door took a team of oxen to pull it closed. Took 2 hours of my life to get a replacement truck and go to another uhaul location to obtain clean blankets. No offer to give a partial refund or discount. Just "Sorry,this happens alot" Nice going uhaul...so much for no touch covid pickup. I was exposed to at least 12 people during the 2 hours of messing around. Then there's the little issue of spend 45 minutes calling uhaul to get the pay codes for the movers on both ends because somebody didn't include them in my uhaul reservation email or account. So almost 3 hours of my life wasted because uhaul can't do what they say they do. Partial refund coming to me?????David S.

I dropped the truck off at around 9:35 PM or so and there was no one there, and no key drop-box from what I could gather. Again, please just use official UHaul locations or storage places with a drop box since this was very weird since it's just a gas station and no one was around.Nicholas H.

This location was inside a gas station/convenience store. I was told they close at 2PM, but not sure how that would work since the convenience store was open. ??? I do have one major complaint that does not involve the pick up location per se, but rather the reservation process in general. I went only and completed an order for a 10' box truck and confirmed the pick up location at a pick up less than a mile from my office. I received an email confirmation to this effect. I did this a full week before my pick up date. The day before my pick up date, I received a text for online check in. When I did this I was surprised to see that I was not receiving a 10' truck, and the pick up location had been moved more than 30 minutes south of me. I did not get anyone on the phone, but did get on a chat with a uhaul representative (the chat is probably saved in your records). I also did speak with a rep at the pick up location from my order, and he was not able to help. So I was stuck with the wrong sized truck and had to drive way out of my way and manage those logistics. Here is my concern: when a customer completes reserves a vehicle at a particular location, the customer should be able to rely on this information. Otherwise, the "reservation" is just a hope and dream. It is either "reserved" or not. I would also suggest uhaul take a page out of Home Depot's book for reservations, whereby if a particular location does not have the vehicle/product in stock, the customer should not be able to reserve the vehicle at that location. In my case, if I clicked to reserve a 10' truck, and then only the locations that had a 10' truck available were able to be selected, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I was allowed to choose a pick up location that was convenient for me, but this led to major disappointment because, in fact, the vehicle was not available at this location. This is how Home Depot does it with their products. If the Home Depot by me has 0 inventory of the item I am searching for, I cannot order it at that location. Even better, Home Depot will ship it to that location for my pick up. On that last point, I did has the uhaul reps about getting my truck to the pick up location on my contract, but they said that was not possible. Again, disappointing. Overall, just a really poor customer/user experience. So many ways to fix it. I understand you run a logistically complex business, but some changes to the reservation process would help to manage your customers' expectation better.Gary L.
