Place was closed when I went for pick up, should have been open. Two large loose dogs. Spent a while on the phone with U-Haul to retrieve key in 100 degree weather.

Jerry Y.It took over 30 minutes to pick up my reservation because the employee took 5 minutes to figure out where the computer program was to log into it, then she didn't know how to work it, and had to keep going to get the auto mechanic to tell her what she is supposes to do. Getting the trailer after confjrmjng the reservation and paying took just a couple of minutes. The employees were very nice and polite, no issue there. Issues only seemed to stem from lack of knowledge of the new service they are offering.
