I had problems with billing. I requested 6 furniture pads. I only received 4 furniture pads in the sealed bin in the truck that indicated 6 pads were included. I was charged for 12 pads.

The first truck I picked up at a storage facility in Aurora Ohio , this truck had 125,000 miles on it and within one mile of leaving the facility the check engine and oil light came on. I returned the vehicle immediately and the customer service representative on the phone found a vehicle in Hudson Ohio for me to pick up. This situation caused a delay in our packing the truck and I had to pay temporary labor for an hour and a half because of the delay . This cost me an additional $120.00 I would like to be contacted by a uhaul representative and given a credit.

Everything worked well. Reservation, pickup, return. I have used Kohler’s before and they are always professional and accommodating. P.s. I found a great new use for u-haul mattress bags. I do sound for events and the mattress bags make great rain covers for our speaker systems. They are clear heavy an reusable. I now keep several packed with all of my gear.

The cab of the 15' truck was very dirty and not well maintained. The bed of the truck was clean and up to standards.

My reservation was supposed to be at a different location. Which added over 20 miles to my mileage total. Customer service was a joke and said basically that was my problem. I will never use U-Haul again. Another gentleman at the location had the same issue. I think it’s done on purpose just to rack up the miles. You no longer have a customer in me and I will be sure to make it known to my friends and family why. I would never recommend your company

The oil change due and check engine lights were on. When I pointed this out to the U-Haul attendant he told me not to worry about it. I worried about it for the entire time that I used the van. Although the facility was open, there was no attendant on duty when I returned the van and so I had to wait for an email receipt.

I went on line to reserve the trailer and filled out the necessary information, INCLUDING my charge card info. It gave me the final charge at that time. It stated it was for speedy check in. However when I got there, the man said he needed my driver's licence and credit card. I advised him that I had already given that info on line. He said that was just for the reservation. I don't see the need to enter my credit card information on line when I have to do it again at the location. Any comments?

He called me and said there were no uhaul at the place i wanted to pick it up. so I went 1/2 hour to his location. There was suppose to be a dolly nontin truck. I did not pick up until 6:00 he said I pick up at 10:00. . After moving my son I saw 4 trucks parked out front at the location I wanted to use. PLEASE CREDIT ME FOR DOLLY. I

The truck has significantly noticeable steering or front wheel balance issue. Luckily I drove it within the city but with that small drive distance (less than 30 miles pickup to drop off) I had to work hard to keep the vehicle in the lane. The truck was clean by the way, no issue there.
