This was an AWFUL experience. It took over an hour to get my rental and threw the entire day off. Poor organization.

I showed up on time to pick up my Uhaul and nobody was there. I had to call into the dispatch and have them walk me through the process on the app which I didn't want to do. I wanted to check in in person. I called the number for the location and left two messages. 45 minutes later, I was able to get the key using dispatches help. I never even received a call from the locatoin. Absolutely unacceptable. I returned the Uhaul at noon the next day (20 hrs) and again no one was there. I took pictures of the truck and a picture of me dropping the keys in the box. I was charged as if I dropped of the truck late (2 day charge). I rent Uhauls often. I will never use this location again. Horrible, horrible. I would appreciate a call back on this.
