The drop box was completely frozen, and it was open and unlocked. I left the key with the drop box but could not put it in a secure location
Anthony B.The exterior of the truck was clean, but the interior was not vacuumed. The facility is closed on Saturdays and the truck had an old rusty luck on the tail. Opening the lock of the truck was extremely difficult because of the rust in it. I was very close to not being able to unlock and use the truck.
