First time to drive one. Wider than I'd expected. No issues other than anxiety.
David M.The trailer tire went out an hour into our trip. We called the uhaul road assistance center but no one answered. We were forced to have a tow truck come out to Shockley and tow us to a near by shop to get the tire fixed which cost us a fortune. However, the area manager Mr. Joseph Nelson failed to his promise of the full refund of $150.00. We only received $58.00. We also emailed him the receipts as well. I will NEVER use UHaul again. Horrible customer service!

Zachary G.The place should be open if accepting reservations. We got there to pickup the truck and the business was closed. We wasted time, energy, and made moving so much more stressful as we were already under a time crunch. They also did not have equipment available that I prepaid for. They sent us to another location to pickup the dolly and the location didn't have it. They said they would find and bring a dolly to our location and we waited for an hour and never heard back feom them forcing us to make several calls to customer service. Completely horrible experience and I'm never renting from u haul again. My very first and last time renting with you all.
