I have a charge on my account for 300 dollars. Quite a scam. I will have my bank challenge this ridiculous charge I never agreed to. I thought Uhaul was suppose to be a good company but looks like that isn't true. I will leave this revue everywhere I can.

I'm really unsure about this location since this is my second purchase with them for the same size truck times etc, but I have to pay an additional $100 since I was using prepaid rushcard. This is the same card I used less than a year ago. My time to return the truck was at 6:30pm and was told since the office would be closed my refund will be posted the following day. It was not processed and when I called to speak to Brenda she told me I have to wait. I asked when did their policy changed she said it hasn't. And had no answers as to why to the different prices.

The agent was extremely rude !!! Screamed at me about being 35 minutes late returning unit ???? Threatened me she would make sure I would NEVER BE ABLE TO RENT FROM UHAUL??? In the month alone I have spent $ 400.00 for four Rentals from Uhaul. I am a senior citizen and never had such horrible service. She told me she did not want to hear any excuses for being late just get out. That she would personally make sure I would never be able to rent from Uhaul. I am supervisor at a major fuel distribution company. I would never talk to a paying customer in this manner. I would be terminated!!! This a poor representation of long time established company !!??????????
