I was thrilled that I was able to walk-in and get a truck. I'd made a 24/7 reservation at a DIFFERENT location and wasn't able to get the truck because your Online Check In system failed, even when the store clerk spoke with a very rude reservationist. The service was horrible. My reservation was scheduled to receive a truck at 7:30 am on Saturday morning, at 10621 S Main St Houston, TX 77025 United States. They told me once I checked In that there was no one way trucks available and they would have to find one for me. The Cullen location was my second stop to receive a truck for 10:00 am. My entire day was delayed, I had to spend 2 hours of money that wasn't accounted for because my movers was lingering around from 8-10 am with nothing to do. And not to mention the Cullen location wasn't close to me at all. I had to call out of work because I couldn't make it back to Dallas at or before 3 pm to start my new job. Definitely made me look unprofessional. This whole process could have been avoided if there was a better communication between the store and the customer. Losing money and time definitely doesn't feel good when we are relying on a reservation that's been booked for 7 days ! As far as the Cullen location, it needs a lot of work to their store. No signs, dirty, slow service, bugs. Wasn't a good look to walk into a hole in the wall coming from the Main Street location.tiffany W.

I did not like the work he was trying to multitask and could not. I had to wait for 45 mins and We he did get to me I was rush I want my truck for the hole day but he never fix my order correctly. When asked about it correcting my order to ussure no over charges He just told me to have it back by 1pm the next day With an attitude. SmhAngela M.
