No signs where to park. Guy almost hit truck and yelled at me that I was in wrong spot, parking off the road, but behind bldg. Then I moved it to spot he pointed to, then he yelled again to straighten it out. Very rude and ignorant of customer service skills. Clerk inside was extremely nice and explained everything well.

when we dropped this off the truck had more gas than when we started. we were charged for mileage when 1) we had to travel 30 miles out of our way to pick up the truck due to a haul error and when we did the extra day I told them I had to do a round trip and they said because of extending the rental the mileage would be included. I will never rent from U-Haul again.

Unable to log in you till on property. Not everyone picking up knows or has that capability. Store was closed. Difficulty reaching someone. Charged extra, still waiting for refund.

The lady wasn't friendly, took far too long, questioned multiple times how and why I rented the trailer, didn't know how to finalize the rental. Remember that renting a trailer or anything is only part of the task -- make it quicker and easier when people are in the middle of a major move!

At this location all staff were pleasant, professional, and courteous. They were extremely accommodating of changes in rental needs, and did not require deposits, and or additional fees as I was told by another location in Lake Ariel. This location should be given an awards for outstanding customer service!!

Signing up for the truck and returning the truck was a nightmare. Take a picture of this, take a picture of that. OMG. I don't have a smart phone. I have simple flip-phone to make calls... nothing else. Luckily my partner has a smart phone, or we never could have gotten this done. The truck was great, getting it - not so great.

My uhaul was covered in snow from the last storm. I had to fight to get the wind shield wipers to work. I was quoted at 79 for the rental with the mileage I estimated. I stayed under my mileage and filled the truck back up with gas before I returned it. I was billed 128 and then my card was charged 139. RIP off

Arrive to open store on time. computer training needed- waited 2 hours to check out truck. loose dirt in truck. Left truck full but picked it up 3/4 and no compensation for that.
