I was sent to multiple locations with the promise of the equipment I needed being available and when I would arrive they did not have it. Then I get to this location and I'm having to wait over an hour to get a truck that was full of spilled drink all over that I had to clean because I really needed the truck.

Osmani M.There is no signage for uhaul on the exterior of the building. The facility needs a sign to clearly indicate where the entrance to the facility is.
Scott L.It's a bit confusing as to where to go. The GPS takes you to the back of the huge strip mall. I wandered around the whole building and just happened to see two big uhaul vans behind an AutoZone. I assumed AutoZone was where I needed to return my trailer, so I went in to ask. I called the location after that, and the attendant told me to just unhook and go.
