Have the side-view mirrors set. I was starting to drive the truck when I realized the mirrors were still folded inward. So, I had to stop, roll down both windows and set the mirrors myself. It was a minor inconvenience. Also, I'm not sure the tank was truly full--my fault for not verifying. Part way through my 9-mile route with the truck, I saw the tank was 3/4 full, and unless this truck gets truly horrible gas mileage, I think I ended up paying more to refill the tank than I should have for such a short journey.Joy G.
The lady that rented us the U-Haul was extremely rude and treated us like we were a bunch of uneducated children. We asked her 3 times to please explain the contract to us. Allah she said over and over was it is in the Email I just sent you. I opened up my Email and there was nothing from her and then she said well we will just charge you whatever!! Well excuse me I want to know what my charges are. So I asked her again to explain and it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of response from her about the contract and the charges. I will NEVER go back there again!!! This is the 2nd bad experience I have had with U Haul. The last place still owes me almost 9 dollars for unused miles and the guy is never there when we go to get the refund!! I absolutley can not believe it cost me $150.00 to rent a pick up for 6 hours and way under 100 miles. I feel let down by U Haul. My years past experience was always wonderful and that is why I went back. Unless U Haul makes it right I will consider other services when I need to move something or somewhere again!! There is NO sense in a U Haul dealer copping an attitude just because we asked her to explain the charges and AGAIN I might add we asked her THREE different times and finally told her forget it and drove on. I had called to get information on a truck/van and the lady that answers the phone, was very informed on all i needed and i had asked when they close for the evening. I was informed that i had called 15 minutes before there end of day. So this lady got my information over the phone while i was driving there. I picked up my van i was needing to use and was on my way out of the parking lot with 2 minutes before the end of the day. It was the easiest and best experience of using any truck rental ever for me. No time wasted. I truly will use this location again because of my experience that i got from there.JAMES H.

This is the most customer friendly place I have ever rented UHaul from. I rent once every month to haul ~5000 Lbs of groceries from a Food Bank for charity distribution to needy families, both of the ladies there are supper nice and cooperative, they reserve 17-foot truck for us every first Friday of the month. The employees were not wearing masks in a very small room. When I left the door cracked open to let some air ventilate and explained politely while I was doing so, one employee rushed at me screaming in my face, getting very close to me, and slammed the door shut. She yelled â€œit's fine to not wear masks since we're 6 feet apart,â€ but she got much closer to me than that. Not to mention it took a long time to actually get my truck due to technology issues on their end. It was an extremely unpleasant and potentially unsafe experience.ELENA D.
