I had a reservation for a 9:00am pick-up. I arrived at 9:00am, but the location was still closed (their sign said they open at 9:00am). I called another location to try to find and reserve another available truck instead. The employee at this location arrived at 9:20am, right as I finished the reservation change. I did end up getting my original truck, the employee was friendly and apologetic, and the rest of the process went smoothly, but I did lose time with the delay.

I'm upset that I was charged for 2 days when I only had the truck for 12 hours. That's bullcrap. If I was able to get the truck at 8am and turned it in at 8pm, I would have only been charged one day.
