joel D.This location could not check my rental in when it was returned. They said it would be a little while and suggested that I drop by myself and leave and the unit would be checked in later at which time I would get an email. When over 18 hours had passed without an email from the franchiser I called and left a message (no-one answered the phone). I received my receipt a couple hours later.
