The gentlemen who helped me at this location were very helpful and efficient.
Whitney MI dropped off after hours but there was space to drop off the equipment.
Whitney MPickup location was great -- the employees were friendly, helpful, and very professional. Equipment was in great condition and clean. UHaul app was a nightmare and didn't work, so I had to come back to the location later to try again, and then got charged double for my "late" return. False advertising in the inside of the truck with "getting $25 back for sweeping the truck" -- did not get any money back despite leaving it cleaner than when I received it. UHaul website and booking process is an absolute scam and nickel-and-diming you every chance they get.
Katherine WI didn't get the location I requested. The pickup was ok, but nobody told me about an after hours charge even though they knew what time I was returning the truck. I returned the truck at 3:30 pm, and the place was closed. I dropped the key in the drop box. I was charged a $20 after hours fee for returning the truck at 3:30 pm! I called and requested to have the $20 refunded, and the person who answered said he would call the manager about it and call me back. I didn't get a call back so far (it's been one day since I called).
