Front wiper blades were smaller than factory recommendation size, Rear tires showed uneven wear and low on tread did not realize it until it was shaking down the highway. Motor idle was rough, lots of thing and popping sounds coming from exhaust system under cab after vehicles turned off...All the windows where dirty. Audio speakers were completely blown out & popping/cracklings sound.SCOTT C.
U-Haul is a terrible company. They continuously switch your pickup location and it gets farther and farther from your home. And they do it at the last minute and do not provide refunds for this inconvenience. They are horrible. We've spent hours on the phone with them. They switch you from person to person who know absolutely nothing. U-Haul as a company is horrible. This particular location was perfectly fine however.Keven M.

Was frustrated with the system to pick up the vehicle. A lot of the information asked for at time of pickup via the app shouldn't have been necessary and/or could have been done in advance. Also, I did the app for pick up because it was advertised as contactless. Still had to go inside to get the key and pads. Staff was wearing masks, but it does defeat the purpose of why I tried to set it up that way.Michael B.

After a very good Knoxville departure experience, despite a loud and well-worn truck, we returned our 26-footer to the designated South Carolina location, and found they had closed early for virus reasons. A call to the uhaul number led to a 15-minute wait to talk to "Patricia" about how to return the equipment to a closed location. Her *only* offer to help was to text me a LINK TO A VIDEO that would explain how to return equipment using a web browser or the uhaul app. Did I mention that the truck was due, and that we were sitting in an empty parking lot at a closed location?? She eventually transferred me to Josh in the Knoxville regional office, and he gave me a straightforward suggestion for dealing with our situation. It worked out, but took 45 minutes. We're moved, settling in, and glad it's over.David G.
