This was not the requested drop off location. Location was changed without my knowledge. There was no representative present when I dropped off the trailer but was able to resolve by phone.

Martin M.Be honest about the fuel tank line. Returned u-haul as a contactless overnight drop off and the personnel reported the gas tank fuel as significantly lower than where it actually was, costing additional fees. Very dishonest practice.
Bria B.Store was closed when I got there during the hoirs indicated it would be open. Had to call a number left on the door and do the rental over the phone and hook up trailer myself with no assistance.
