Work on customer service. This dealership is horrible. I turned my truck in early and handed the key to the guy at the counter and he would not even get off the phone to acknowledge me. He finally said your good, never went and inspected the truck in front of me and to top it off the charged me an after hours fee and a cleaning fee. They did reverse the after hours charge once I explained that I turned the keys into the guy at the counter. But refused to reverse the cleaning fee and would not show me what needed cleaned. Very poor service, save yourself some money and go to a different uhaul, there are plenty in the area that are way more organized and have clean equipment.Christopher R.

Check your dollies before renting them out. The bottom strap of the dolly I rented was broken and made my move harder than it needed to be.Stefan C.
Had a 9am pick up time. No one there until 920am. No apology or reason for opening late. Also ordered a dolly, didn't have it or take the time to notify me ahead of my pickup time. Went by a week earlier to change the size oh the truck and no one was there, sign in the window that she would be back at 3pm so I waited. She was late. Never ever has she worn a mask in my 3 visits.Garry M.

Truck was not swept out. Had cigarette butt and dirt inside the cargo area. Also, order was to include furniture pads. When I picked up after hours, there were none. I contacted U-Haul customer service who said they would not the account so I wouldn't be charged for the blankets but they couldn't do anything else. Went back the next morning and got them, but only after being told that if a trailer that was returned didn't have any, then they didn't have any. I understand supply can be low, but a call in advance to plan a move accordingly would be considerate.Ethan R.

When I arrived to return my equipment an hour before their closing time, the store was already closed and there were no employees. They have a sign on the door that says any equipment left in the vehicle will result in a $75 charge. HOWEVER no one was there to collect the equipment. Nor did anyone answer the phone for either of the numbers provided. Definitely a frustrating experience.Breanna J.

im a Service Manager for equipment rental company. i know that trailers are fairly low maintenance. One of the things that seems to be and issue is the jack. we replace quite a few and they get damaged.
