I may never use uhaul again. I had to do the app pickup up and due to app/website issues it took 2 hours to get my truck. I have never been so frustrated in my life.

JOSEPH S.The gentleman that help with the drooped off was rude and not very welcoming, for some reason unknown to me the emergency brake came on and was accusing me, I had now idea how, but he was very unprofessional and I felt I was going to fight him, my wife was worried as she sat in the car she could hear him yelling at me like he was ready to fight me. I told my wife I'm an Army combat veteran with 6 year of war time experience I can handle any conflicts, if he would have touched I would have drooped him right where he stands. This man needs to learn to respect people, others might not have the same restraint I had, he needs to learn how to treat customer. Wow this amn was rude.
