I was overcharged for mileage I didn't go .odometer wasn't showing the actual mileage, so I was told that I went 14 miles more than I actually did. The after hours pickup process was a disaster. I did the pre check in but when I arrived I still had to start a new account. I went through all the steps and photographed my license, but the site was still not happy. It started asking me for things like a passport and a separate business telephone. I chose alternate contact (my wife) and it wouldn't allow that because I had registered as an alternate in my profile. I tried calling customer service and was put on hold for so long I just decided to give up and go home. I stayed on hold all the way home where I got my passport and returned. What a nightmare! Nothing wrong with this location but U-Haul's awful process was exacerbated by non-existent customer service. All I got from that call was the knowledge that you're so desperate for employees, you have to recruit customers who just want help You should be very ashamed.Ted H.

Nothing to do with this location. We are very displeased that our equipment could not be arranged to be at the same location. We made the reservation almost a month in advance which is plenty of time to arrange both pieces of equipment be at the same location at the time requested. This occurrence reflects poor logistics and lack of customer service, we will likely not be using uhaul again due to this oversight. If it is policy that equipment availability is dependent on returns by other customers and cannot further be accommodated for customers with long-standing reservations, this should be re-evaluated. Moving schedules are tight; movers, exit times from current living facilities, etc are difficult to change. Additionally, being notified of equipment availability issues only 24hrs in advance leaves little time for any accommodations to be made. Very disappointed to discover this is how uhaul handles these issues. Otherwise, employee at this specific location keeps a clean and well maintained shop, was very helpful in explaining billing and assisted with equipment setup completely.Jordan V.
