Make sure all equipment rented is in the truck at pick up. We were missing the appliance dolly and furniture pads and were unable to find them anywhere making our move extremely difficult.

I called several times about the rental and was told on Friday by Andrew that a cautionary alert was placed on my account to receive free miles bc of me receiving the wrong truck! And i didn't! I'll never rent from Uhaul again and will be closing all storage accounts
